Chef Andrew enjoys the challenges and demands of
a service orientated career. As a Stratford Chef's
School graduate, Chef Andrew's experience in notable
restaurant kitchens range from training with distinguished
professionals including Jamie Kennedy, Rob Feenie
and Norman Apris; along with successfully completing
his wine training program with Jacques Marie of
the Sommelier Guild of Canada. |
